Shipping to the United States of America and Canada

We remind you that we have already enabled our shipments to the United States, and we have a couple of recommendations for your next order:

1. Order it in advance, since parcels have an approximate delivery time of approximately 5 to 7 business days (depending on the destination).

2. Remember that due to customs and security issues we can only send products for topical and cosmetic use, therefore all products that involve human consumption are excluded (for example: cough syrup, mouthwash). We are sorry for the inconvenience but we continue the rules to the letter to be able to continue providing this parcel service.

3. We will always pack your product(s) in a safe way and ensuring that it withstands the trip. If for some reason, when you receive it, it is in poor condition due to the handling of the package, send us a photo on WhatsApp or by email to reach a solution as soon as possible. So far we have not had any mishaps but we know that handling by parcels outside of us can open the possibility of this type of situation.
